1. Returns and Exchanges:You may return any item purchased from Shades and Blinds within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. 2. Conditions for Returns:To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. 3. Shipping Fees:Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
